Manager Handbook
Davis Legacy Manager Handbook
Team managers play a critical role in the success of their team. This handbook provides important information, expectations, and guidance to help managers get started and stay organized.
Team Manager Resource
Start with the handbook
As a team manager, you play a critical role in the success of your team. The manager role is best learned by doing, but the handbook is designed to give you specific information to get started.
The handbook also provides contact information for experienced managers in the club who are willing to serve as mentors. Please use these contacts, as they are one of the best resources available to new and returning team managers.
Manager impact
Great teams do not necessarily have great coaches, but they always have great managers.
