2026–2027 Team Season
This page contains the resources you need to register your player and manage club tuition through BYGA, Davis Legacy Soccer Club’s registration, team communication, and payment platform.
BYGA Registration
Register and manage your season in BYGA
Davis Legacy Soccer Club utilizes BYGA, a comprehensive registration and team/player management program. All club members will access and use BYGA throughout the season for team communications and tuition payments.
Every club member must create an account and register online through BYGA. If your player participated in tryouts, you have already created your BYGA account.
Registration Deadlines
Complete registration by your team deadline
For 2018/2017 through 2013/2012 birth year teams.
For 2012/2011 through 2009/2008 birth year teams.
Initial Registration Fees
Fees due at registration
One-time, non-refundable fee due upon initial registration.
One-time, refundable fee if membership requirements are fulfilled.

Monthly tuition payments
After registration, families are required to make 11 monthly tuition payments. The first monthly tuition payment is due June 15, 2026. Tuition payments continue each month thereafter in accordance with the club-approved payment schedule.

Membership Agreement
Participation agreement
The 2026–27 Membership and Participation Agreement is a binding agreement that must be signed as part of your registration in order to participate in the Davis Legacy Soccer Club program.
Families will agree to and sign this agreement electronically as part of the BYGA registration process.
Tuition Payments
Payments are made through BYGA
All payments must be made by credit card or electronic check/ACH through BYGA. The club has phased out manual payments by check in order to increase administrative efficiency and accountability.
Manual payments may be considered only in very limited situations where a compelling family need exists. Approval of manual payments is at the sole discretion of the club.

Mid-Season Registrations
Players joining after July 31, 2026
Players joining Davis Legacy Soccer Club after July 31, 2026 will have their tuition prorated in a manner determined by Davis Legacy Soccer Club.
There is no proration of the registration fee, volunteer fee, safety and security fee, uniform kit fee, or videography fee, if applicable.

Applications for the 2026–27 Competitive Season are due by this date. Late applications will not be accepted. No exceptions.

Anyone registering for the Competitive Program after September 30, 2026 has 30 days from registration to submit a financial aid application.

Injured Player Relief

Davis Legacy provides an opportunity to relieve families from financial commitments during the period of time in which a player has suffered a long-term injury at a Davis Legacy sanctioned activity.
Program Overview
Relief for eligible long-term injuries
Davis Legacy provides an opportunity to relieve families from their financial commitments during the period of time in which a player has suffered a long-term injury at a Davis Legacy sanctioned activity.
A long-term injury is defined as a period of time exceeding two months. To be eligible for relief, the injury must have occurred during a Davis Legacy sanctioned activity.

Any approved relief begins only after two full months of injured time have passed.
Important eligibility note
Players who are injured at school, during other sports, or outside of a Davis Legacy sanctioned activity are not eligible for club-sponsored injured player relief.

Review the policy first
If you believe your player has suffered a long-term injury and your family will require financial relief, you must first print out and review the entire club policy.
The final page of the policy includes a form that must be completed in full before submitting your request through the online form below.

What to include with your request
- Completed policy form: Fill out the form on the last page of the Injured Player Relief Policy in its entirety.
- Medical documentation: Include a note from a licensed medical provider.
- Online submission: Submit the completed form and required medical documentation using the online form below.
- Club response: A club representative will follow up within two weeks after submission.

Tournament Volunteer Assignments
Assigned Tournaments for Volunteer Obligations
As part of your acceptance of a spot on your team and as stated in your registration requirements, families are required to complete volunteer shifts at a Davis Legacy-hosted tournament.
Volunteer Requirement
Three shifts per registered player
As part of your acceptance of a spot on your team and as stated in your registration requirements, you are obligated to provide three (3) volunteer shifts, equivalent to six (6) to eight (8) hours of volunteer service per registered player at a Davis Legacy-hosted tournament.

Approximate total volunteer service commitment.
Tournament assignments are based on your player’s team.
Parking shifts do not count
Working a parking shift through the Parking Shift Program does not meet your tournament volunteer requirements.
Club Fundraising
Tournaments support the club
Tournaments are the club’s primary fundraisers. Their successful operation is critical to the club’s overall success.
Failure to complete your mandated volunteer hours could jeopardize your club membership and prevent you from receiving a refund of your volunteer fee. You must also complete your commitment to the team and have no late payments to qualify for a refund.

Support Teams: All U13, U14, U15, U16, U17, and U19 Boys Red/ECNL Teams.
Girls College Showcase
Support Teams: All U13, U14, U15, U16, U17, and U19 Girls Red/ECNL Teams.
Super Clasico, Summer Edition
Support Teams: All U9 and U10 Boys and Girls Red, White, and Black Teams.
Labor Day Super Cup
Support Teams: All U13, U14, U15, U16, U17, and U19 Boys and Girls White and Black Teams.
Super Clasico, Spring Edition
Support Teams: All U11 and U12 Boys and Girls Red, White, and Black Teams.
Important Notes
Assignment policies
- Late club entry: Anyone joining the club after their team’s assigned tournament can volunteer during the season’s last tournament, Super Clasico, Spring Edition.
- No change requests: Davis Legacy will not accept requests to change the event for which a member is assigned to volunteer.
- Assignments may change: These team assignments are subject to change at Davis Legacy’s discretion.
